Meet our Key Managerial Person
The composition of the Company’s Board of Directors is in conformity with the listing agreement. The Company does not have any nominee director on its Board. All directors of the Company are liable to retire by rotation except independent Director as per the provisions of the Companies Act, 2013.
Mr. Manish Shah
Chief Financial Officer
Mr. Manish Shah brings a wealth of expertise in the Mining, Trading, and Import‐Export of precious metals, base metals, and coal. He has 27 years of total experience and 15 years of experience in the mining industry.

Mr. Joseph Sam
Chief Business Officer
Joseph Sam is the Chief Business Officer of RICL and comes from a diverse background that spans International consulting, Consumer goods and services, Mining & Building Materials, Realty and Design. He is a Production Engineer with a Post Graduation in Environmental Law from the National Law School University of India and has specialized in Organizational Management, Business Strategy & Planning, International Business, JV’s, Alliances & Partnerships and Stakeholder engagement. He is also a Certified Corporate Director from the Institute of Directors with an Advanced Certification in Investment Law & Institutional Finance as well as Certified in Negotiations, Conflict Management and a Post Graduate from N.I.F.T (Government of India). He will be leading the management initiatives for the foray of RICL into new businesses.
